My house has zero insulation and I had light bills averaging 375.00 a month. Last year vs this year, my light bill cut in half. They guys did a great job, no mess or any issues. Would highly recommend. Eddie was a pleasure to deal with. Doing this will pay for itself in less than two years. Thanks for a wonderful job.

Eddie’s guys did a fantastic job putting foam insulation in my existing attic space. They were thorough, super clean and careful, came back to double check their work, and ensured everything they did met with my approval. They showed up on time, kept to their estimate, and were incredibly professional and courteous in every interaction. I couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend them.

As of this writing, I can honestly say that I am pleased with Retrofoam and their installers. The most obvious difference we find is that our home is less drafty there by creating a more comfortable home. We live on a hilltop in Tennessee with a direct northern exposure that receives brutal northern winds. Even with all seams caulked and new weather strip and windows, our home was always chilled. With Retrofoam, that is gone. In one day, this well orchestrated crew came and did the installation and left without a trace of ever being there. Everyone on the crew was extremely pleasant and was willing to take the time to explain what was being done. A BIG thumbs up to Eddie, the owner, for his training efforts and being able to put together such a crew.

Austin and George came by and went over with me what they were going to do and how the were doing it. They did an excellent job in insulating and cleaned it up after they were through.

The Team was on time and very Professional. They answered all my questions and showed me there process. If they encountered anything they told me right away and explained what they were going to do. the clean up was great as you could not tell they were here. Great group of guys very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Retrofoam.

Eddie Sanford and his team were great to work with. They came 75 miles from Knoxville TN to Crossville TN to foam my garage for me. They were on time, professional and easy to work with. The team did an outstanding job as well and cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

From the very beginning, the team at RetroFoam of East Tennessee demonstrated top-tier professionalism and customer care. Eddie, the actual owner, went above and beyond—personally calling me to answer all of my questions, educate me on the process, and make sure I felt fully informed before signing the contract. His level of attention and care made it clear that my business truly mattered and that I would be well taken care of throughout the entire experience. The installation team was exceptional—courteous, respectful of our home, and diligent about cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day. Their professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Eddie, and Kevin our salesman, continued to deliver outstanding support by ensuring we had all the necessary documentation to apply for the TVA rebate and the federal tax credit. His follow-through was seamless and deeply appreciated. Retrofit foam insulation is a significant investment and not something to enter into lightly. Eddie, and Kevin, both helped us feel confident that we were making the right choice for our home and our energy future. We are already noticing the benefits, and we are looking forward to seeing the savings reflected in our utility bills. I cannot speak highly enough of Eddie and his entire team.
